1 DUNKIN’
Located in the Michael J. Adanti Student Center, Dunkin’ serves students their favorite Dunkin’ menu options, from bacon, egg and cheese to coffee and coolata. Dunkin’ is a go-to for early morning classes, and includes a quiet sitting area with views of Fitch Street. Based on its long lines, Dunkin’ is one of the more popular options among students.
2 BAGEL WAGON
There are bagels, but no wagon. Another favorite among students, the Bagel Wagon in Engleman Hall offers coffee, snacks, muffins, chips and soft drinks. In addition, if the line is too long at the Owl’s Perch in Buley Library, students can grab a Starbucks coffee from the Bagel Wagon’s self-serve station. It also helps that the it is located inside the Student Lounge.
3 CONNECTICUT HALL
The main campus dining hall is Connecticut Hall, or as referred to by students Conn. Hall. It is mostly used by students with meal plans, however, commuters can purchase a meal there as well. It has a wide array of seating, and a variety of menu options including vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan meals, as well as a gas-fired pizza oven.
4 ROBERTA’S
Roberta’s serves as a mini-grocery store to residents and students. Named after longtime employee Roberta Read, it has snacks, soft drinks, toiletries and other household items. Most importantly, Roberta’s is known for its warm cookies made daily. It is open 3 to 10 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday.
5 THE OWL’S PERCH
A perch is the best way to describe this great place to eat, as it located in an alcove near the entrance of Buley Library. It serves Starbucks coffee, bakery items, wraps and candies. It has quiet seating areas that are perfect for studying, and, of course, diving into a good meal. Like other places to eat on campus, the Perch also has a microwave available to students who bring food from home.
